Rental Guidelines

To ensure a seamless rental experience, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Someone must be present during the agreed-upon time slot to direct our team on the setup.
  2. The setup area must be cleared of all debris and cleaned before our team arrives.
  3. The outlet must be at least 20 amps to accommodate the inflatable equipment.
  4. Once our team positions the inflatables, they cannot be moved.
  5. Please wipe down all concessions and inflatables before our team picks them up. They must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered.
  6. Please note that the following rules apply to the use of our inflatables: no sharp objects, no pets, no food (especially candy and gum), and no silly string.
  7. Safety is our top priority, so please ensure that all users follow the instructions and guidelines provided.
